|BRANDON WELCH, Managing Director of Capital Markets, MVP Realty Advisors|
Brandon Welch was born and raised in San Diego, CA, where he lives with his wife, Kathryn, and one-year-old twin daughters, Kate and Claire. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University, where he focused his coursework on marketing and entrepreneurship. While earning his MBA, Brandon worked in sponsorship development for the San Diego Chargers and Integrated Sports Marketing. From there, he co-founded a successful marketing consulting firm that specialized in growth strategies for startup companies.
Brandon’s passion for helping to grow innovative companies brought him to MVP American Securities. In his role as Executive Vice President of MVP American Securities in the Southwestern United States, Brandon is responsible for communicating to investors and investment advisors the unique value provided by MVP REIT.
In his spare time, Brandon drives a 300 mph nitro funny car on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, and volunteers with San Diego Pit Bull Rescue to help good dogs find loving homes.

A native of New Orleans, LA, Scott Clark currently resides in Baton Rouge, LA with his wife, Brandi, and three kids: Cameron (11), Lily (8), and Grayson (5). Scott attended Mississippi State University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and his Master of Business Administration degree.
In addition to his education, Scott’s professional experience supports him in his role as National Sales Manager of MVP American Securities. Prior to joining MVP American Securities, Scott was Regional Vice President for Jackson National Annuities, where he was involved in wholesaling variable, fixed, and fixed indexed annuities to the wire house and independent channels. Scott also participated in wholesaling variable and fixed annuities, and 529s, to wirehouse and Edward Jones channels, while working as Regional Vice President for John Hancock Annuities. Adding to his achievements, Scott also served as Regional Vice President for Gartmore Global Investments, where he was worked to wholesale mutual funds, separate accounts, and hedge funds to the wirehouse, independent, and bank channels. Scott’s experiences can be traced back to 2000, when he was wholesaling mutual funds to wire house channels, as Internal for Conseco Capital Management.
